What we do

Our goal is to find commercial real estate that is under performing and turn it around to generate monthly income and raise value of the asset.

We achieve this by locating property and negotiating a favorable sales price and/or favorable terms for the seller and us.

Once we acquire the property, we will make physical improvements, evaluate existing leases, and fill in any vacancies. Usually after 3-5 years, we will sell the property.

We purchase properties through equity and debt using a mixture of private lenders, bank financing and partner equity. In addition, we structure deals creatively with the owner using seller finance and master lease options as well.

Who is Fink?

About Us - Fink Property

The person behind Fink Property is Michael Finkelshteyn (aka Fink). Michael has been in the business for 6 years and got his start with residential rentals.

Michael owns several rental properties and enjoys fixing up properties and adding value back into the neighborhood.

Michael has lived in Houston for over 20 years and briefly in College Station, TX while studying at Texas A&M University. Originally an engineer, Michael worked in the oil and gas business for 5 years before switching into real estate full time.

Michael is also a licensed Texas real estate agent with NB Elite Realty.
